Vrijdag 12 oktober is de boeklancering van Yellow Goldfish, het nieuwste boek van ‘Goldfish Guy’ Stan Phelps en co-auteur Rosaria Cirillo Louwman. Met een voorwoord van collega customer happiness auteur Jeanne Bliss.

De boekenreeks van Stan Phelps benadert de klantinteractie vanuit verschillende oogpunten en dit keer gaat het over Customer Happiness: “There should only be one success metric in business and thatʼs happiness.
